Born and raised in Manila, Ces Degamo was exposed to different design expressions from a young age. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting at Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She also has a Diploma in Interior Design from SoFa Design Institute. She also took a course in B2 Spanish as a Foreign Language at Instituto Cervantes Manila. She is currently working as a freelancer and content creator.
